Our Cezves, like all our copper range, are entirely handmade from 1.5mm copper, plated on request either with silver or with tin.
Our professional Cezves are used on a daily basis at work by many professional Baristas, including Vadim Granovskiy (Ukraine), Zoltán Kis (Hungary, Cezve / İbrik World Champion 2012) and of course Turgay Yıldızlı (Turkey, Cezve / İbrik World Champion 2013). High Grade 4mm Carbon Steel Coffee Stands
The Soy STD is the stand your Turkish specialty coffee has been waiting for. Made from 4mm thich, hot forged, high grade carbon steel, it outperforms every other product in its class on the market.
It’s high-heat tempering grants it very high refraction and because each Soy STD is heat treated and blued, they are virtually indestructible.
Recommended to use with Rekrow burners.
