Our Pastryware products are thicker, harder and sturdier than their European counterparts while possessing a more refined yet function-oriented design.

 

Acclaimed pastry chefs and confectioners alike would testify that using unlined copper smooths things out by quite a notch in the kitchen.

 

Copper naturally reacts to sugar and protein-based products; cream or egg whites would rise almost instantaneously and hold for much longer when using pure copper.

Pastryware 2.0mm, 2.5mm and 3.0mm Solid Copper to ensure even heat distribution even under extreme industrial fire, finely hammered until the smallest edge, giving the product extreme hardness, with no dead angles thanks to round corners.

All work is entirely done by cold-forging, either by hand hammering or hand-spinning. No press or even machine hammering is involved.

The rings are of our own patented alloy of Wax-Cast Solid Bronze, painstakingly filed by hand by our artisans that come from Jeweler backgrounds, and will basically last a lifetime.

The oven-going YHT series deep pan is the best tool on the market to perform deep-dish pastry baking. Milan/Chicago pan pizzas, or any börek will be made in a whim with the perfect crust. Suited both for stovetop and oven baking.

The product is ENTIRELY cold-forged by hand from a 2mm solid copper sheet, and has no weldings or dead-corners, unlike its French, Italian or Belgian counterparts.

Due to the unibody design of the YHT, it will never leak, making it your best companion in the kitchen.
